Meal 3: Chicken breast (4-5 oz), homemade & healthy baked sweet potato “fries” (I typically use ½-1 full sweet potato or yam) with green veggies (1-2 cups of veggies)

Meal 4: Quest Bar, almonds (15)

Meal 5: Salmon or lean steak (4-5 oz), ½-3/4 cup quinoa, 1-2 cups green veggies

Meal 6: Chicken breast (4 oz), big spinach or kale salad w/ variety of veggies, topped w/ avocado (approx. 1.5 tablespoon of avocado)

Dessert: One of my high protein treat recipes (I also limited these during the last few weeks of contest prep)

PROTEIN PANCAKE RECIPE: 1 scoop Cellucor Super Sport or COR Performance WHEY Protein Powder, 4 egg whites, 1/3 cup of old-fashioned oats, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of light, unsweetened almond milk. Mix ingredients together, cook one giant protein pancake! YUM! Top w/ sugar free/calorie free (I love Walden Farms) syrup or ½ cup mixed berries
