I’m from Panama and I’m 33 years old. I love fitness and I want to become a professional personal trainer. My question is that I don’t have money to buy dumbbells or go to any gym. My wife gave me a 350 pound resistance band strength kit. Will your MP45 Workout Program work with me only using resistance bands?

Jaime, so great to hear your enthusiasm regarding fitness and your quest in becoming a pro personal trainer. Let’s do this together! You most certainly can use what you have in terms of bodyweight and your resistance bands kit. A gym is always the better investment (consider an accountant who couldn’t use a computer…he’d obviously be at a severe disadvantage if he was confined to just pen and paper; it’s a similar analogy). You will still see results following the principles of H.I.S.T. with your resistance bands kit. You’re going to have to be creative though and create several exercises that work each body part to take your body to failure as depicted in MP45.
But, you’re in great hands because the biggest results actually stem from nutrition. Training is there to help stimulate the muscles for growth and release the proper hormones for staying lean but that’s only a small part of it. The other 96% of the week you spend eating, sleeping, and maintaining low stress levels is far more important in how you will look. Every fitness model you see is spot on with his or her nutrition despite differences in methodology for training. That should shed some insight on how important eating is to looking ripped. Besides the training aspect of telling you what to train, I detail everything for you to eat throughout every single day- what to eat Day 1 through 45, every single meal including pre workout and post workout to get you in the best shape of your life.
