Whole Wheat Pasta with London Broil in Marinara Sauce
Ingredients:
• Whole Wheat Pasta
• Peeled Garlic Cloves
• Pinch of Salt and Pepper
• 3 cups San Marzano tomatoes
• Basil Leaves
• 1 tbsp. Sugar
• London Broil
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup canola oil
Preparation:
Chop up and puree the tomatoes into a sauce. Sauté the Oils, garlic, salt and pepper in a pan for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes and stir. Add the basil and sugar after the sauce is warm. Grill the london broil and after it is done grilling, throw it in the sauce on low heat. Cook the pasta, then drain it and add to the sauce pan. Mix, serve, and enjoy.
