I can't decide which pre-workout supplement to buy and which pre-workout supplement is the best. I have done so much research on this subject but there's so many mixed reviews out there. All I know is that Cellucor C4 Extreme and USP Labs seem to be getting the most buzz as the most effective pre-workout drink. Which one would you recommend and why? Any other brands are worthy?

I believe that C4 Extreme has more effective ingredients than Jack3d. C4 Extreme uses Creatine Nitrate as opposed to Jack3d, which relies on Arginine to bring forth Nitric Oxide benefits. I believe using Arginine for this purpose makes it ineffective. The reason why I deem it ineffective is because Creatine Nitrate promotes a better vasodilation by directly converting NO3 (Nitrate) to NO2 (Nitric Oxide) in the body, resulting in rapid muscle volumizing due to an increase in creatine uptake. Jack3d relies on Arginine to do the job, which won't be as effective.  

In addition, Jack3d is a proprietary blend so you really can't tell what you're getting with it. C4 Extreme has a solid amount of Beta Alaine, resulting in more clean energy.
