5AM - Protein shake

5:30AM – Cardio (40 minutes)

8AM - 2/3 cup oatmeal + 2 scoops protein

10AM - chicken + 1 cup brown rice + green veggies

12:30PM - chicken + 1 cup of sweet potato + green veggies

3PM (Pre-Workout) - Nitric Oxide + 2 scoops Protein

5:30PM (Post-Workout)  - Creatine + L-Gllutamine + 1 scoop protein

6:30PM – 10 egg whites + spinach

9PM – 1 large scoop of casein protein
