Make sure that you are warming up with a rythmic exercise every time you enter the gym to warm up your muscles properly before you enter the compound movements and heavy lifting. You want to prevent injury at all costs. Furthermore, your warm up sets the mood of the rest of your workout. If you go out of the gate too fast, you will drag and won't have a good workout.
