Ultimate Chest Workout

Below is an awesome chest training workout routine that you can do in under an hour in the gym while getting some incredible cardio in at the same time. This is actually a chest workout routine that Arnold Schwarzengger lived by to create his monster pecs. This is a great workout that will work on strength, explosiveness, and power in addition to bringing great detail throughout your chest. You’re really going to lean out with this routine because of the high intense nature. You really want to test yourself on each set and do as much weight as possible for each exercise while still maintaining perfect form (doing a full range of motion). Also, you want to stay within the time frames and work with as much intensity as you possibly can.

Chest Workout

Warm Up Routine:
  • 50 pushups straight
  • 1 mile run followed
  • 50 more pushups
  • Rest 2 Minutes
Working Routine:

Barbell Bench Press: 4 sets of 10, 8, 6, and 4 reps

Barbell Incline Bench Press: 4 sets of 10, 8, 6, and 4 reps

Dumbbell Flys: 3 sets of 10, 8, and 6 reps

Parallel Bar Dips: 3 sets of 15, 10 and 8 reps

Pullovers: 3 sets of 15 reps each

**Only rest 45 seconds between each set.
