Tyler Graham Meal Plan
I actually follow the Dave Palumbo diet which consists of high protein, moderate fat, and no carbohydrates. I use zero carb Isopure for my shakes, and I get my fats from nuts (cashews, and almonds), and all natural peanut butter.
Meal 1- 5 Whole Omega 3 Eggs w/ 4 egg whites
Meal 2 (Shake)- 50 g Whey Protein w/ 1 tbsp. All Natural Peanut Butter
Meal 3- Lean Protein Meal like Grilled Chicken w/ 1/3 cup nuts
Meal 4 (Shake)- 50 g Whey Protein w/ 1 tablespoon of Natural Peanut Butter
Meal 5- 1/2 scoop whey protein 1 mins before and 10 minutes after training. Meal Replacement Shake within 60 minutes after training
Meal 6- 4 Whole Omega-3 Eggs and 4 Extra Egg Whites
