Try doing the same amount of exercise in 10 percent less time by cutting down the amount of rest in between sets (not the overall amount of sets or reps). It forces your muscles to work harder and improves muscular endurance. If it takes you 30 minutes to do a workout then try to do it in 27 minutes the next time.
