Tim Tebow Workout
Tim Tebow's workout training routine is testament to his work ethic, how much passion he has for the game, and how much intensity he brings to everything in life. Not to mention, Tebow possesses some serious strength and has a true muscle body. His bench press is over 480 pounds and ran a 40 time of 4.71 secs and did a 38.5" vertical jump at the 2010 NFL Combine.

What makes Tebow such a unique quarterback is not only his
skill set but his big and mobile body. Tebow brings a new breed
to a typical NFL quarterback. You can see how big he is compared
to other quarterbacks of a similar size.
Tim Tebow, quarterback of the Denver Broncos, was one of the most decorated collegiate athletes ever at Florida. Not just great in terms of quarterbacks' statistics, but in terms of athletic achievements, Tebow is up there amongst the greatest to ever strap up in uniform and participate in the NCAA.
A lot of analysts and football commentators do not believe in Tebow, suggesting he doesn't have the tools to be a good quarterback in the NFL. One thing we know about Tebow though, is that he is the most badass man on this planet. Tebow is hands-down, the hardest working guy you've ever gotten the chance to hear about. His work ethic is unparalleled and he continues to defy odds. With all the naysayers who say that his passing ability isn't there to make it in the NFL, I certainly know that Tim Tebow will be a great QB in this league.
Although his passing arm isn't like Drew Brees at this moment, his work ethic and fitness level is what defines him. He battles every day in practice to train as if he were the best. His work ethic is what drives him and his talents will subsequently follow suit. As a quarterback, he not only keeps up with linemen who weigh 100 more pounds than him in the weight room, but he leads them through the workout; and Tebow doesn't just lead vocally. Instead, he leads by example.
Tebow is always working hard. On a given day you can find him flipping tires, pushing SUV's, sprinting in his backyard while dragging sleds, or perfecting his pass by throwing hundreds of passes. Tebow's off-season regimen comprises of shoulder work, bench presses, squats, lunges, speed and agility drills, and position-specific exercises with resistance. He can max out with the linemen but knows he doesn't need to be "the strongest guy on the team". Instead, he lifts smarter without hurting his body.

Tebow is doing a barbell hip-thruster, which hits the glute muscles. Having strong
glutes creates more speed and explosion. This is one of the more neglected
strength training workouts.
At the SPARQ training event, Tebow explained what his workout was like during the off season to prepare for the NFL: “Well I do a lot. It all starts with your diet, so I always eat a great breakfast because that’s giving your body fuel. I get into my first formal workout then after that I’ll get into weights, my speed work and then my strength training. After those it’s about recovering your body in hot tubs and cold tubs, and hyperbaric chambers. It’s about getting your body used to training and then also recovering. I do a lot of squat jumps, box jumps, anything that builds explosiveness. It’s all about your quickness, your first step, and if you have that, you can compete. For breakfast, Tebow makes sure he eats “a lot of egg whites, a Myoplex shake, and then oatmeal or grits or something like that for carbs.”
Tebow is so fit, he scored the best SPARQ rating of any QB and even a better SPARQ rating than Reggie Bush. Don't forget, he is a quarterback. This guy could play multiple positions in the NFL, I'm convinced.
