She is well known for having been the winner of the Miss Singapore Universe contest in 2000 and went on to compete in the Miss Universe pageant in Cyprus where she did not place in the semi finals. She is also known for appearing on a number of television shows in Singapore, including being the co-host of Wheel of Fortune on MediaCorp TV Channel 5.

Originally elected as a Conservative, Stronach later crossed the floor to join the Liberals, a highly controversial move.  She was also the former president and chief executive officer of Magna International, Canada’s largest automobile parts manufacturer and one of the country’s biggest companies. She allegedly had an scandalous affair with former Toronto Maple Leaf Tie Domi.

In successive Emil Boc cabinets, she has served as Tourism Minister from 2008 to 2009 and as Regional Development and Tourism Minister since 2009.

Position: Member of the Polish Sejum (lower house of Polish parliament)
Political Party: Civil Platform Party

Mucha also works as an economics lecturer (specializing in the economics of healthcare) at the Catholic University of Lublin. 

#11-  Sarah Palin

Position: Former Governor of Alaska / Vice Presidential Candidate
Party: Republican

As the Republican Party nominee for Vice President in the 2008 Presidential election, she was the first Alaskan on the national ticket of a major party and first Republican woman nominated for the vice-presidency.
