Tasty Meals All Day Long


Below is an awesome meal plan consisting of 6 meals that are easy to get throughout the day. This is a great meal plan that consists of complex carbohydrates, lean protein, and healthy fats. It's pretty easy to prepare and doesn't require too much brainpower. In fact, I ate this exact meal structure today, so you can too. Make sure to drink a gallon of water a day especially when training hard.
Breakfast: Egg White Omelete with Mozzarella, Peppers, & Hot Sauce; 1 cup Oatmeal with Handful of Prunes
Mid-Morning Snack: Handful of Almonds
Lunch: Grilled Chicken, Alpine Lace Swiss, Lettuce, Tomato, Bacon, & Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar on Whole Wheat Wrap
Mid-Afternoon Snack: Apple, Whey Protein Shake
Post-Workout Snack: Hemp Protein Shake, Box of Raisins
Dinner: Broiled fish, Brown rice, Steamed Vegetables, and Salad with Red Vinaigrette
Evening Snack: Greek Yogurt
