My workouts are always different.
Monday: Fitness Classes(2 hours) : 1 hour step-class advanced (intense cardio)
Advanced Step class is my favorite workout. I enjoy pushing the intensity and the choreography level very high
1 hour-weights & interval cardio
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: cardio-20 min +body weight exercises 20 min
Thursday: off
Friday: Fitness Class- step aerobics- 1hour
Saturday: light cardio(40 mins) or skiing J
Sunday: off
Typically, I work out 3-4 times a week. In competition season and before fitness photo shoots, I increase my intensity dramatically and train 6-7 days per week.
