Question

I'm trying to add mass but stay lean at the same time. I'm about 150-155 right now. Just started this supplement stack on Monday. Thanks for your help.

Pre-Workout

1. 2 pills l-argentine
2. 1 pill CE 2 Ester creatine
3. No 2 Black powder

After-Workout

1. 1 pill l-argentine
2. 1 pill CE 2 creatine


During the day:

1. 2 fish oils after a meal
2. Multivitamin
3. Whey Protein( 2 scoops twice a day)


*Universal animal pack (11 pills in one pack) Didn't start the Animal yet. Is it good shit? Will I have any bad side effects?

*I also want to get on another protein, BCAA's or Beta-Alanaine. What do you recommend?

*Do you think I'm on too much?


Answer


The arginine, creatine combo is good but you are getting a lot of arginine and creatine in the black powder, so extra pills and powder are unnecessary. Stick to either the creatine and arginine in pill/powder form separately or the black powder, but not both. Creatine is actually more beneficial when taken after a workout, so in my opinion i think you should do the following:

Pre-Workout-
Guarana/Caffeine pill- only 1 serving
Arginine pills to create nitric oxide and thus, a more blood-friendly environment in your system and thus, more bloodflow, nutrients delivered, and the ultimate pump.

For post-workout you need carbs and protein and can supplement creatine in the mix as well as glutamine.
Have simple carbs immediately after your workout (e.g.- healthy sugar like honey or fruit- if looking to cut- only have 30 g carbs- if looking to bulk have 80 g) to create an insulin spike which will contribute to muscle growth, and then 20 minutes later have 25 g whey protein to halt the muscle breakdown. 

Take 2 fish oils in the morning and 2 fish oils and night as Omega 3s are vey healthy to fight off inflammation, infection, and promote overall health. Multivitamin is good and whey protein is good but limit it to under 35 g protein in one serving, because your body can only digest that much ion one sitting- otherwise you can do damage to your kidneys and liver.

Get off the animal pak if you are using a multivitamin. I believe Animal Pak is a gimmick. The only products I trust are Cellucor because they go through all the proper testing to know that what they put in their products is legitimate. Just be careful with your servings and appropriate the proper amount. Follow the labels. Stick with Isopro Ultra Lean Protein  right after your workout and get Cellucor's Muscle Growth System. It'll give you the creatine and arginine your body needs. Your body will respond so effectively from it. And if you think it's expensive, just think about how much you invest in yourself with education, buying clothes, food, socializing, etc. What's more important than your body?
