You should always keep a logbook with you at the gym to track your progress. Each week always shoot for more reps or heavier weight. You will find yourself significantly stronger in no time. 



Drinking water can remove toxins from the body more quickly and may make you look more vascular by providing you with thinner skin and more noticeable veins (making it look like you have a more ripped physique). 

 




You shouldn’t work your abs every day because they are like any muscle in the body. Therefore, you should give them the proper rest they deserve. Make sure not to train them within a 48 hour period of each other. Aim to train them 2-3 times a week at most. 

 



Runners should cut their weekly mileage in half every two months to avoid nagging injuries and help the body recover.

 




If you have a frequently jammed finger, you should tape it to the neighboring finger when playing sports. Together the two fingers should be stronger and less likely to bend at a bad angle.



When running uphill, you should prevent your body from slouching and looking down. Instead, keep your head up and your eyes focused on the top of the hill. This will open your airways and make it easier to breathe, allowing for more oxygen to your blood, and making it easier to run at a faster pace.
