Upper Body:
1 Arm DB Snatch- 4 x 3
Bench Press- WU to 3RM
Incline DB Row- 3 x 12
Facepull- 3 x 12
EZ Bar Curl- 3 x 10
Skullcrusher- 3 x 10
Full Body:
Box Jump- 4 x 5
Incline DB Press- 4 x 8
Step-Up w/ Knee- 4 x 8
Chinup- 3 x Max Reps
