Sara Marie Workout
My workout routine varies a lot so I don't have a set routine. Here is one of my routines:
Monday-Total body (CrossFit style emphasis on legs)
Tuesday- Plyometrics with legs (I go heavy here)
Wednesday- Shoulders and Triceps
Thursday- Plyometrics with glutes (I go heavy here)
Friday- Back and Biceps
Saturday- Usually a bootcamp class at Omar’s
Sunday- Off
