Meal Plans
Sara Marie Meal Plan
Don’t follow a specific meal plan but this is a typical day:
Breakfast (Pre-Workout)- Toasted English cinnamon raisin muffin, spray butter a little almond butter and an egg white on top.
Post Workout- Visalus protein meal replacement shake add in strawberries usually
Lunch- If not another Visalus shake with lots of fruit, I'll have a chicken salad with hard boiled eggs, dried cranberries, almonds, a few slices of apples and balsamic vinaigrette. (I keep all this on hand a lot because it’s my favorite thing to eat)
Mid Snack- Cottage cheese or low fat string cheese and handful almonds, or half a tuna or chicken sandwich on wheat bread
Dinner- We do chicken, shrimp or steak fajitas at my house several nights a week we all love this, with bell peppers and homemade black bean salsa. We also love my parmesan chicken with Soba noodles and sweet potatoes. Usually always have a protein and good carb and a veggie.
Final Snack- Possibly protein cereal or another Visalus shake
