Wake-up 5:30-6am
2 half cups of coffee mixed with equal portion of Premier Nutrition RTD
Pre-workout 8am- 1 scoop NO Explode, 5gms powdered glutamine, 5 gms Powdered BCAAs
Post workout 10:30-5gms powdered glutamine, 5 gms Powdered BCAAs, 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, ½ cup oatmeal, 1Tbsp natural PB, ½ cup fruit
1:30pm-6 oz chicken or lean protein, ¾ cup butternut squash steamed but reheated with 2 oz soyrizo in a pan of ½ tsp grape seed oil, ½ cup brown rice tossed with braggs liquid aminos or 2 tbsp salsa and 2 tbsp Greek Chobani plain yogurt.
4:30pm-2 scoops of BSN Syntha 6
6:30pm- 6-7oz lean protein, 8 oz baked red potatoes topped with salsa Greek yogurt mixture, 1 cup of vegetables depending on season, 1.5 cup of spinach with chopped mixed veggies, chopped almonds, 1 oz Mexican Cotija cheese or Feta cheese, ½ avocado, 1 tbsp of oil and vinegar based dressing.
9:30-2 scoops of BSN Syntha 6
