1) Stand on the resistance band tube with feet close together and bring the handles all the way up to the top of your head so that tension really starts to build with hands clasped behind neck.
2) Keeping your body perfectly straight, bend forward, raising back as in a normal good-morning movement.
3) Repeat for desired rep range.
