How to do Rear Deltoid Machine Lateral Raise
Shoulders & Traps Exercise Training Workout
Sit down on the machine with feet planted on the ground, head looking forward, chest straight against the pad, and abs tight. Reach out and grip the handlebars with arms extended in front of you and in a slow, controlled motion, extend the bars outward in an arc-like motion until they are completely perpendicular to your body and you feel your rear deltoids contract. Make sure your arms stay extended (with a slight bend) throughout the entire movement. Hold the bars sideways for a brief moment to squeeze your rear deltoid at the top of the movement. Slowly bring the handles back forward in that same arc-like motion until your arms are out in front of you again.
