Quick Guacamole
Ingredients:
• 1 medium ripe avocado
• 1 tbs. lemon or lime juice
• 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
• Pinch of sea salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy as you can put this tasty and healthy dish on anything.
