Ingredients:
• 1 Whole Wheat Crumpet (Look in the bread aisle at your local grocery store)
• 10-12 Lowfat Pepperoni Slices
• 1 Slice Lowfat Mozzarella Cheese
• 1 Slice Lowfat Cheddar Cheese

Preparation:
Place cheese on whole wheat crumpet. Place the pepperoni on top of the cheese. Melt in the oven or microwave until cheese is oozing and bread is golden brown.
