Pre-Workout: 1 scoop of whey protein in water with pretzel rods
Post-Workout: 2 scoops of whey protein in water with 2 apples
Dinner: Fish of your choice with whole-wheat pasta and bowl of vegetables
Pre-Bedtime: Bowl of low-fat cottage cheese with pineapple
