Ready to get Ripped Diet

Breakfast: 4 egg whites with oatmeal

 

Mid-Morning: 3 slices of turkey with whole wheat crackers

 

Lunch: Tuna with light mayonnaise on whole wheat bread with toppings of your choice with bowl of vegetables

 

Pre-Workout: 1 scoop of whey protein in water with pretzel rods

 

Post-Workout: 2 scoops of whey protein in water with 2 apples

 

Dinner: Fish of your choice with whole-wheat pasta and bowl of vegetables

 

Pre-Bedtime: Bowl of  low-fat cottage cheese with pineapple
