Home Workout- Full Body Routine
Wall squats: 40 repetitions, moderate pace
Pushup Plank with Leg Lift: 5 second hold and lift; 8 each leg
Mountain Climbers: 30 seconds, slow pace
Pushups: 30 repetitions
Dumbbell Bentover Row: 12 repetitions, moderate pace
Ab Curl Ups: 20 repetitions, slow pace
Bicep Curls using Resistance Bands
--Do this circuit 3 times
