Mountain Climbers: 30 seconds, slow pace

Pushups: 30 repetitions

Dumbbell Bentover Row: 12 repetitions, moderate pace

Ab Curl Ups: 20 repetitions, slow pace

Bicep Curls using Resistance Bands
