Breakfast: 4 egg whites, 2 pieces of toast with cottage cheese
Mid-Morning: Fruit salad
Lunch: Turkey on whole wheat bread with low fat mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato
Pre-Workout: 1 scoop of whey protein in water with pretzels
Post-Workout: Grilled chicken breast and an apple
Dinner: 3 pieces of grilled chicken with a bowl of whole-wheat pasta and bowl of vegetables
Pre-Bedtime: 2 scoops of casein protein in skim milk
