Upper Body Resistance Band Workout

Alternating Chest Press: 3 sets of 12 reps

Overhead Press: 3 sets of 12 reps

One-Arm Chest Fly: 3 sets of 12 reps

Resisted Pushups: 3 sets to failure

Bicep Curls: 3 sets of 12 reps

Tricep Extensions: 3 sets of 12 reps

Lat Pulls: 3 sets of 12 reps
