Breakfast: 6 whole eggs with bowl of oatmeal and two pieces of toast with cottage cheese
Mid-Morning: 2 peanut butter jelly sandwiches on whole wheat bread
Lunch: Bowl of pasta with grilled chicken and a turkey sandwich
Pre-Workout: Tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread with light mayonnaise and toppings of your choice
Post-Workout: 2 scoops of whey protein with water and a peanut butter jelly sandwich
Dinner: Steak with whole wheat pasta and bowl of mixed vegetables
Pre-Bedtime: 2 pieces of toast with low-fat cottage cheese
