Meal 2: 6 oz. organic chicken, 2 cups white rice

Meal 3: 6 oz. organic chicken, 2 cups white rice

Meal 4: 5 oz. sirloin steak, 10 oz. red potato (pre-workout)

Meal 5: 60 g. ON Hydrowhey shake, 1 ½ cups white rice

Meal 6: 10 oz. white fish, 1 cup greens
