Breakfast: Oatmeal, Egg Whites, and Blueberries

 

Mid-Morning Snack: Body By Vi Shake

 

Lunch: Chicken with Vegetables or Salad. I also try to have one complex carb.

 

Mid-Afternoon Snack: Body By Vi Shake

 

Dinner: Flank Steak or Salmon with Veggies and Brown Rice

 

After Dinner Snack: Varies (one of my main choices is Body By Vi Shake)


 

I try to drink a full gallon of water each day.
