Mike The Situation on Cover of Mens Fitness
Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino keeps getting hotter and hotter. With numerous products and endorsements, such as a new supplement line, protein vodka and potential gym ownership in the Plaza Hotel, Sorrentino has landed his abs on the cover of the December/January issue of Men's Fitness.
Here are some of his fitness tips in the issue:
1) Eat six meals per day- three meals and three protein shakes.
2) Drink a lot of water.
3) Choose lean proteins, fruits, vegetables.
4) Get 6-8 hours of sleep a night for proper growth and recovery.
5) Stay away from simple carbs and junk food, including condiments.
6) Make fitness your lifestyle.
7) Always workout because it builds confidence and discipline to succeed in every facet of your life.
8) Have one "cheat day" per week where you can eat whatever you want and to take off from the gym.
The December/January issue of Men's Fitness will hit newsstands November 15.
