Michelle Israel Meal Plan
Michelle follows a nutritional meal plan set by her nutritionist, Andrea Pappas. His method is known as "The Body Wizard", and he is an advanced performance nutritionist. Michelle eats well balanced meals very frequently to speed up her metabolism. Her meals consist of lots of protein, few carbs, and healthy fats. When she does eat carbohydrates, she makes sure they are low glycemic index and are whole grains!
