Michael Gruner Meal Plan
Michael tries to eat as many small meals as possible because these small meals are better digested in the body to use nutrients more efficiently.
Breakfast: 2 whole eggs/2 egg whites, bowl of Kashi Honey Almond Flax cereal (with cut up banana) and whole wheat toast
Mid-Morning: Protein bar
Lunch: Grilled chicken with light barbecue sauce and steamed vegetables
Post-Workout: Protein shake with pretzels
Dinner: Greek pasta with grilled chicken, vegetables, spinach and feta cheese
Pre-Bedtime: Light vanilla yogurt with raisens
