I give to nutrition a lot of emphasis especially on a ripping phase.

I adopt a method that aims to give to my body cells all the needed nutritional elements. I believe that the body needs to be healthy and stay healthy if we want to get results. A lot of bodybuilding diets are not healthy and cannot be kept for a long time. I personally adopt a system that I use also for my clients that enable them to keep the program also after the contest, but with a different approach. They learn how to eat, how to stay clean all year round and what their body needs.

My athletes are the most ripped one on contests, but they sure don’t follow the protein diet system.

My diet is generally composed of the 40-60 percent of carbohydrates depends on the period. Protein 20-30 percent and fat 20-30 percent. These percentages receive a gradual fluctuations in relation to my preparation level. On a bulk phase I am more for a 20-20-60 and on the last days of my preparation to get the unhealthy condition of 2-3 % of bodyfat more like 30-30-40. I never miss my fruits and vegetables for biochemical reasons that they are need by the body in order to better digest protein and to overcome an overoxidized and acidic system that proteins and workout cause to our cells. I never miss my vitamins and omega 3 essentials for a restoration of cells and muscles.

I also believe to the Zanesystem ( it is a system that I coined 15 years ago ), that in order to get in shape you need to use different kind of diets and never stick to the same one for more then one day. It is a system that I frequently use and by changing on a cycle and precise system despite the lowering of the metabolism you keep the body on a fat burning process  all the time.
