Meal 1- 4 Egg Whites, 3 strips turkey bacon, whole wheat toast one slice
Meal 2 - 20 Grams of whey protein mixed with water
Meal 3- 4 oz Turkey and half cup of brown rice
Meal 4- 25 Grams of whey protein mixed with water
Meal 5- 4 oz. salmon and large salad with Lite Italian dressing
Meal 6- 4 oz. Beef and large salad or broccoli
