 Lean Steak Pizzaiola

Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup canola oil
• 16 ounce lean sirloin steaks (trim all the fat beforehand)
• Bell Peppers
• White Onions
• Mushrooms
• Pinch of salt and Black Pepper
• 4 cups of canned San Marzano tomatoes
• 1 cup red wine
• Garlic cloves

Preparation:
Sauté the Oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a pan for a few minutes. Add the peppers, mushrooms, and onions. Sauté for around 10 minutes until vegetables are softened. Add the tomato sauce and the red wine in and let it simmer on low heat for 15 minutes while stirring. Grill the steak until it is medium-rare. When cooked, throw the steak in the sauce. Let the steak soak in the sauce for 5 minutes on low-to-no-heat.
