Larry Vinette Workout
Larry doesn't disclose his full workouts but he gave us a sneak peak into his chest and biceps workout:
Chest and biceps:
A1) Incline DB chest press 4-6reps, rest 90 secondes, then go to:
A2) Incline DB biceps curls 4-6reps, rest 90 seconds (repeat for 5 sets)
B1) Flat DB chest press 8-10reps, rest 75 seconds, then go to:
B2) EZ-bar bicep preacher curls 8-10reps, rest 75 seconds (Doing a drop set on the last set of B1 and B2 exercises), repeat for 4 sets.
C1) Chest dips 10-12reps, rest 60 seconds, then go to:
C2) Standing alternate DB hammer curls 10-12reps, rest 60 seconds. Repeat for 3 sets
