Kisha Wilson Workout

I do traditional workouts here and there, but I mainly focus on CrossFit. With CrossFit, there is no such thing as a typical day!  I always start with some light stretching and some sort of dynamic warm up similar to a football or tack warm up: shuffle, high knees, butt kicks, frankenstein’s, hip stretches, shoulder roations..ect

Then we will work on a skill and then to the Workout of the day (WOD)

So a day might look like this:

Strength: Front squat
5x5 (50-80% max)

Five rounds of:
Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
For time... so as fast as humanly possible.

CrossFit is bascially to :“Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.”
