1. 8 oz. Boneless/skinless chicken breast
2. 1 cup of Brown rice.
3. 34 oz. Water


MEAL 3:
1. 1 Meal Replacement Shake.
2. 32 oz. water.


MEAL 4:
1. 8 oz. Flank Steak
2. 1 cup steamed veggies
3. 24 oz. Water


Pre-Workout Metabolic Boost
