Perform 3 sets of each of the following exercises shown below. Do this 3 days a week with one to two days rest in between each day. Getting full rest in between your workout days is a great way to recover and make sure that you aren't overtraining or burning out.

6-15 Reps on one side, and then the other

This engages the entire core, hitting the ab and oblique muscles.

This is a great exercise for the chest and shoulders and using the medicine ball really helps with the stabilizer muscles.
Russian Twist with Medicine Ball
6-10 Reps Each Side
This exercise works the entire core and lower back. This works the deep core stabilizers.
Skater's Lunge with Dumbbell Kickback
6-15 Reps per Side
This has a big emphasis on the legs, glutes, hips and core.
Squat, Curl, and Shoulder Dumbbell Press Combination
This combination is a great exercise to engage nearly all the body muscles.
