Katherine Carneiro Meal Plan
I don’t have a specific meal plan right now, but here is what my typical day looks like:
7 am: ½ cup oatmeal + 5 egg whites
9:30 am: Protein shake and 1 tbs. almond butter
12:00 noon: 1 cup spinach or cucumbers and 5 oz. lean meat
2:30 pm: 1 cup spinach or cucumbers and 5 oz. lean meat
5:00 pm: 1/3 cup brown rice and 4 oz. lean meat
Pre workout: Pre-workout drink
Post workout: 2 rice cakes or 1 small banana and a protein shake
8 pm: 4 oz. lean meat and ½ cup brown rice or 4 oz. sweet potato
10 pm: Casein shake (if I am still awake)
