Justin Bieber Workout

Justin Bieber has it all…fame, money, respect, you name it. However, what Justin Bieber is missing from his repertoire is that shirtless star-studded body with those big muscles and ripped six pack abs that fellow teen celebrities like Taylor Lautner have.

Rumor has it that the 16 year old Bieber is trying to bulk up and has hired Jordan Yuam, the same personal trainer that turned Taylor Lautner into the buff werewolf Jacob Black in the “Twilight” series. Yuam helped Lautner gain 30 pounds of muscle in a year by doing things like overloading the weight and consistently changing the type of workouts he did in addition to a strict diet.

Look at Taylor Lautner's change in physique over the years. That's why Bieber wants to use Lautner's
personal trainer. He gets results.

Bieber is 5' 5" tall and weighs 130 pounds, but a source says he's hoping for "ripped abs, bulging biceps, and cut thighs." Highly impressed by Lautner's new body, "Justin's positive he has the intensity and focus to get the same results as Taylor."

Even though Bieber is extremely busy, the source believes it won’t be a problem. "Since Justin is often on the road, he and Jordan connect for supervised workouts online through iChat or Skype." Bieber has already given up fast food and sweets in favor of "a high-protein diet rich in good fats from nuts and avocados." It's good that Bieber is staying away from this kind of stuff. Even if Bieber wants to bulk up, fast food is not the way to go. It doesn't provide the healthy nutrients needed to build your body properly. It's mainly full of superfluous calories that won't build lean muscle mass. Bieber is sticking with good fats, which are ideal to build muscle. There is a direct relationship between good fats and testosterone. The more testosterone in your body will help build more muscle.

Justin Bieber: Muscle Me Up!
Do you think Justin Bieber needs to get bigger? For his age,
he's already got a good physique but may need an extra boost
to get into
Taylor Lautner's ballpark.

He has already started some boxing training and jogging in addition to beginning a daily weight lifting workout regimen. In addition, the source says he's drinking lots of protein shakes, too. Protein shakes are the most convenient way to get an adequate protein intake. You should have 1-2 scoops of whey protein (fast-digesting protein) after a workout and 1-2 scoops of casein protein (slow-digesting protein) before bed and throughout the day. You should have no more than 2-3 protein shakes a day. Most of your protein should be in the form of natural foods like chicken, turkey, fish, etc.

Said Yuam, "The less muscle you have, the easier it is to gain muscle mass more quickly." Bieber is very skinny but he should get some serious muscle mass with the right workout and diet. Bieber is getting more confident with his growing muscular body, even recently showing his abs to Rihanna in a NYC restaurant. Rihanna tweeted “Justin Bieber just flashed me his abs in the middle of a restaurant! Wow! He actually had a lil 6 pack! Sexy, lol!”
