Here is a sample diet for when you are 6 weeks out of competition or your goal of getting shredded.

6 WEEK OUT DIET

 

meal 1:
6 egg whites
60g oats w/cinnamon


meal 2:
7oz Turkey Patties
4oz yams
2oz asparagus


meal 3:
40g whey
4oz yams
(bcaa/glutamine)


meal 4:
7 egg whites
3oz asparagus
7 almonds


meal 5:
250g cottage cheese
celery sticks


meal 6:
40g casein protein
1 egg white
1tbsp almond butter
