Josie Gibson Weight Loss Workout & Diet
Josie Gibson appeared on the television show Big Brother season 11 overweight and out of shape. However, that all changed since leaving the Big Brother house. Through an exercise and delivery diet system, the 26 year old Josie dropped 3 stones in three months and is now a size 12-14. She is more skinny than ever! You can see the pictures below that her training and diet regimen did wonders for her body.
Here's what Josie looked like back in September:

According to Now Magazine, Josie’s weight loss training and diet regimen are as follows:
Josie's training
3-4 one-hour weekly sessions:
Three-minute warm-up
Interval training - 45 seconds hard sprinting with 1 minute jogging. Repeat six times.
Weighted squats, lunges, press-ups, skipping, boxing
Medicine ball stomach work
Interval training combines short, high intensity bursts of speed, with slow phases of recovery, such as jogging. According to the American College of Sports Medicine, more calories are burned in short, high intensity exercise. This can explain why Gibson has had such remarkable weight loss. Doing intervals and high intensity training can really do wonders for your body.
Josie's Go Lower diet plan costs from £7.50 for three daily meals, including:

The British Go Lower diet is a 28-day, low-carb diet. Although it's low-carb diet, Go Lower does not allow any type of fat like other low-carb diet plans (such as Atkins) do. Studies have confirmed that Go Lower can successfully help you lose weight in the short term. However, studies have also shown that low-carb diets are not a long-term solution and they are not any more successful than traditional reduced-calorie diets in the long term. However, every person has a different body type and responds to certain diets better than others. It seemed like it worked really well for Gibson so the Go Lower diet could actually be a good long-term solution for some people.
