Jennifer Andrews Meal Plan

Meal 1- Oats, eggs whites, almonds, and tsp flax oil

Meal 2 - Codfish, sweet potato, asparagus


Meal 3-
Chicken wrap with chicken, spinach lettuce, and 1 tbls of cheese


Meal 4-
Spinach lettuce, salmon, strawberries, 1 tsp olive oil, and balsamic vinegar


Meal 5-
Ground turkey, cup brown rice, cup green pepper


Meal 6-
Flank steak, lettuce, balsamic vinegar, asparagus, and sweet potatoes


Note: I fight sweet cravings by sipping on coffee or tea.


I am always prepared for my next meal. I carry a protein bar in my purse for emergency situations. I am a strong believer in getting you nutrition through food but sometimes you may need something quick and convenient.
