Jay Cutler's Crazy Back Blitzing Workout
Jay Cutler, not to be confused with the Quarterback for the Chicago Bears, is an IFBB PRo Bodybuilding legend. Cutler has owned this sport for a while winning the coveted Mr. Olympia 3 times in 4 years. His work ethic in terms of training and nutrition have placed him on top until he decides to retire. Cutler has some of the best workouts in the business and it should be clear that the harder you work out in the gym (within a certain period of time), the better physique you're going to see. Jay has the biggest back and the most detailed roadmap of a back you'll ever see. He simply has the biggest back int he world. Reverse-Grip Pulldown (Medium-Grip)- 3 sets of 8-10 reps
One-arm dumbbell Row- 4 Sets of 8-10 reps
Three-Quarter Deadlifts- 4 Sets of 6-8 reps
T-Bar Corner Row- 4 Sets of 6-8 reps
High Hammer Strength Row- 4 Sets of 8-10 reps
Bent Over Barbell Row- 4 Sets of 8-10 Reps
