Jason switches up his sets and reps every couple weeks to add variety to his workouts
Chest - Bench press, Incline dumbbell bench press + push-ups, med-ball push-ups.
Biceps - Hammer Rows, reverse curls, cable biceps, straight bar curls. Triceps - Skull-crushers, kickbacks, cable triceps, close grip bench press.
Legs - Squat, straight leg dead lifts, walking lunges, box-jumps, One-legged leg press.
Back - Pull downs, med-ball raises, T-bar row, chin-ups.
Abs- Bicycles, bridges, med-balls throws, V- ups, weighted leg raise.
Additional - Swimming - (Freestyle, breast stroke, back stroke), high knee run, side shuffles, backwards run.
