Jason prefers to have 5 meals a day to ensure proper nutrients and energy throughout the day, especially during a long baseball season.

Breakfast: 3 egg whites/1 whole egg, two pieces of whole wheat toast with jelly

Lunch: Grilled chicken on whole wheat bread with a side of fruit salad

Pre-workout: Banana with peanut butter

Post-workout: Turkey on whole wheat bread (dry)

Dinner: Steak, sweet potato and spinach salad

Desert: Low fat all-natural frozen yogurt with kiwi and strawberries
