Chest Exercise Training Workout
The Incline Pec Fly machine focuses on the upper pecs. Sit back into the seat. Set the level to where you feel a big stretch in your pecs at the bottom. Place your arms around it but keep the pad in the crease of your arm, keeping your arms slightly bent throughout the whole movement. In an arc-like motion pull your hands together. Do not hold onto your wrists but squeeze the pads together at the top. Return it back slowly to the original position where you feel a big stretch in the outside of the pecs.
