Always keep your heels on the floor when squatting. If you can’t, then your hip flexors might be too tight and you must train them to help improve squat form. 

 



Your body does not build muscle when you are in the gym. Rather, it builds it when you rest after it has been properly stimulated. You can train harder than anyone, have the healthiest diet, but only get 3-4 hours of sleep a night. By taking this approach, your hard work and efforts won’t pay off like you want them to. Make sure you get adequate sleep (7-9 hours) and you take the appropriate time off from the gym to give your muscles ample time to recover.

Explosive weight training may burn substantially more calories than lifting weights at a normal or slower speed. Explosive weight training triggers your fast-twitch muscle fibers more effectively and may require even more energy to sustain.
